Individual Entrepreneur documents in Georgia: Agreement, Act and Invoice workflow

A solo business that works with foreign clients often needs more than a single invoice. The practical workflow is usually a connected pack: Agreement, Act of Acceptance and Invoice, generated from the same company, client and service data.

Requiso is document workflow software. This guide is practical product education, not legal, tax, accounting or banking advice.

Why a connected pack matters

When Agreement, Act and Invoice are created separately, small mismatches appear: different service descriptions, dates, amounts, client names or bank details. These mismatches create extra checks and reduce confidence before sending documents to a client.

A connected document pack keeps the same provider profile, client record, service period and amount across all three documents.

What to store once

The reusable part of the workflow is provider data: legal name, legal form, tax or registration details, contact details, signatory details and bank accounts. These values should be entered once and reused across every new pack.

Client records should also be structured. A clean client database is more reliable than copying legal details from previous PDF files.

What changes every period

For recurring client work, the changing fields are usually period, service description, amount, invoice issue date and due date. These values should be reviewed before issuing a document pack.

Drafts can be corrected, but issued documents should behave like snapshots. Old PDFs should not change silently after a bank account or client profile is edited later.

Quick checklist

  • Provider profile is complete.
  • At least one bank account is confirmed.
  • Client legal details are stored once.
  • Agreement, Act and Invoice use the same service period and amount.
  • The final PDF Pack is stored or sent as the source of truth for that period.
