This Privacy Policy explains how Requiso collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit the Requiso website, create an account, use the application, generate documents, or contact us.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use Requiso, we may process:
- account information, such as email address, authentication data, and workspace data;
- provider profile data, such as company details, tax details, signatory details, and contact details;
- bank account details that you enter for use in generated documents;
- client details, agreement details, invoice details, service descriptions, amounts, dates, and statuses;
- documents, templates, document exports, feedback messages, and uploaded attachments;
- technical and usage data, such as pages visited, device/browser information, logs, and analytics events.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, secure, and maintain Requiso;
- create, preview, export, send, and track document packs;
- manage accounts, subscriptions, plan limits, and support requests;
- detect, prevent, and investigate misuse, security issues, and technical problems;
- improve product quality, onboarding, performance, and reliability;
- comply with legal, tax, billing, accounting, and regulatory obligations where applicable.
4. Payment data
Requiso does not store full payment card numbers. Payments, checkout, tax handling, invoices, and subscription management may be handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect and process payment, billing, tax, and transaction information according to its own policies and checkout terms.
5. Third-party service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate Requiso. These may include hosting, application infrastructure, database, authentication, storage, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and billing providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to Requiso.
6. Cookies and analytics
Requiso may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, product functionality, and analytics. Analytics help us understand traffic, product usage, and reliability so we can improve the service.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal or billing obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize eligible data unless retention is required for legitimate business, legal, tax, security, or compliance reasons.

Requiso is a web-based product and may use infrastructure and service providers located in different countries. By using Requiso, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable law.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Requiso is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
