Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Requiso subscriptions. Requiso is a SaaS product for creating, exporting, sending, and tracking commercial document packs.

2. Free trials and free usage

Requiso may offer a free trial, free document pack allowance, or early access usage. If a paid subscription starts after a trial or free allowance, the applicable price and billing period will be shown before purchase.

3. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges already paid unless this Refund Policy or applicable law requires a refund.

4. Refund eligibility

For a first paid subscription charge, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date if you are not satisfied with Requiso. Refund requests after this period are reviewed at our discretion unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable once the new billing period has started, except where required by law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or service issue.

5. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined when:

  • the request is made after the applicable refund period;
  • the account has violated the Terms of Service;
  • there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service;
  • the subscription was already cancelled after substantial use of the paid period;
  • the request relates to issues outside Requiso's control, such as incorrect user-entered document data.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at feedback@requiso.com and include the email address used for your Requiso account, the transaction date, and a short explanation of the request. We may ask for additional information to locate the payment.

7. Paddle payments

Requiso subscriptions may be sold and managed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. If your payment was processed by Paddle, approved refunds may be issued through Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Paddle, the payment method, and your bank or card issuer.

8. Legal rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
