Last updated: 23 June 2026
1. About Requiso
Requiso is a web-based SaaS product that helps freelancers, individual entrepreneurs, and small service businesses create, export, send, and track commercial document packs, including Agreements, Acts of Acceptance, and Invoices.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Requiso website and application. By creating an account or using Requiso, you agree to these terms.
2. Not legal, tax, or accounting advice
Requiso provides document workflow software and document generation tools. Requiso does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial advice, or banking services. You are responsible for checking whether generated documents, templates, tax wording, invoice details, and bank details are suitable for your business and jurisdiction.
3. Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when using the service and keep your company, client, bank, invoice, and document data up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Requiso. You must not:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading activity;
- attempt to access another user's account, workspace, documents, or data;
- interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the service;
- upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights;
- resell, copy, or reverse engineer the service except as allowed by law.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Some Requiso features may require a paid subscription. Prices, plan limits, trial terms, renewal periods, and included features are shown before purchase and may change for future billing periods.
Payments, checkout, tax handling, invoices, and subscription management may be provided by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Paddle's checkout may show additional payment terms before you complete a purchase.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation flow available in the product or billing portal. Refund handling is described in the Requiso Refund Policy.
7. User data and documents
You retain responsibility for the business data, client data, bank details, templates, and documents that you create or upload in Requiso. You grant Requiso the limited right to process this data only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
8. Intellectual property
Requiso, including its software, website, design, brand, and product experience, is owned by its operator or licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Requiso software or brand assets to you.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Requiso reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, third-party provider issues, or events outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Requiso is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Requiso disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free output.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Requiso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or expected savings.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Requiso after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
